- Why isn't the award setting a precedent ? That people or companies that are able to pay a large award will be subject to a large penalty that they can pay ! For that reason alone , the Judgement in this case is relevant .

- These are injuries that occur in war . Where cities , villages and people have high intensity explosives dropped on them . This boy was eight years old and was not at war , yet a 13 year old delinquent decided to commit a crime like this against an 8 year old.
